We have one of the most extensive offerings of skin treatment in Winnipeg. New treatments, products and devices are added regularly and education on everything is provided .
We provide a strong commission with perks after 3 months.

Duties
- Provide expert product demonstrations and educate guests on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their results.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and addressing client concerns with clear communication.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Engage in retail sales through upselling skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty tools to support clients’ ongoing beauty routines.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all treatment areas are clean, organized,
and compliant with health regulations.
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, product demos, and ongoing training to stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar esthetic role with knowledge of skincare treatments and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic treatment environment.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services while promoting retail sales through upselling techniques.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
