You’ll be joining a team that works closely together to support patients and keep the clinic running smoothly, while maintaining a calm and well-organized atmosphere.

We are looking to fill this position with a start date of August 24th.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On-call availability is required to cover occasional staff absences and vacation coverage.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Maintain and update patient records in Accuro EMR
- Process referrals, forms, and incoming documents
- Handle emails, faxes, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Support basic billing for uninsured services via our point-of-sale terminal
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and clinic staff




- Support patient flow and day-to-day clinic operations
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Perform basic lab tests (if applicable)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure patient confidentiality at all times
- Manage monthly panel updates in the EMR
- Review and resolve demographic mismatches and panel conflicts

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant (required)
- Experience with Accuro EMR
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Assets

- Experience in a family or primary care clinic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and referrals
- Basic understanding of billing processes
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative in daily clinic operations
- Сomfortable working with digital systems

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
