Recovery Hub is looking for someone who believes excellent experiences are built through genuine human connection.

This isn't your typical front desk position.

We're building a premium recovery and wellness community where every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to return. As the first and last person our members interact with, you'll play one of the most important roles in the entire business.

About Recovery Hub

Recovery Hub is a premium recovery and wellness facility built around intentional recovery, stress reduction, and better living.

Our space combines sauna, cold therapy, recovery, and community to help people reset, recharge, and perform at their best.

We're not just creating a place to recover—we're building a community people genuinely want to be part of.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every member with a warm, professional experience.
- Check members in and guide first-time visitors through the facility.
- Answer questions about memberships, packages, and services.
- Help create meaningful conversations and connections within the community.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Process memberships, packages, and retail purchases.
- Maintain facility cleanliness throughout the day.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support events,



workshops, and community nights.
- Help ensure every visit feels premium from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Some customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or retail experience is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a new business.

Bonus If You Have

- Sales or membership experience.
- Hospitality or luxury service experience.
- Fitness or wellness industry experience.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience using booking or scheduling software.
