Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising, restocking, and organizing merchandise according to company standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Conduct product demos when appropriate to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement and sales opportunities
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages,



and assisting with stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Multilingual skills are an advantage for connecting with a broader range of customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and POS systems is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
