- Install, configure, and maintain Messageway / Seeburger MFT software.
- Configure and manage secure file transfer flows, queues, and channels.
- Implement secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
- Automate file transfer workflows.
- Monitor file transfer jobs, logs, triggers, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues.
- Provide Level 2/3 production support.
