We are looking for a Mixer Operator to join our Triple “A” Cheese family.

Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Create batches of cheese as required, ensuring product quality and integrity.
- Accurately weigh and mix all ingredients as per formula requirements to consistently create product to specifications.
- Dispose of ingredient containers in a clean and orderly manner to avoid product contamination.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices, or products.
- Maintain batch logs, and documentation including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress.
- Measure weight & load ingredients following the appropriate formula.
- Perform simple calculations (i.e. ingredient quantities, batching cycles required).
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure integrity of products.
- Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations,



company requirements, etc.
- Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
- Heavy lifting required upto 23 kg (50lbs)
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must have previous batchmaking or mixer expereince in food industry (dairy is an asset)

Job Types: Full-time

Hours: 40 per week

Early Morning Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm

Midday Shift: 11am -730pm
