We are currently seeking Part-Time Mobile Patrol Supervisor to serve as a key management representative in the field. This role is responsible for critical incident response, field training, and coaching security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company-assigned vehicle in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and applicable regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure security staff adhere to uniform, training, and procedural standards
- Respond to critical incidents (fire, flood, medical emergencies, criminal activity) and coordinate with emergency services as needed
- Perform patrols, site visits, and inspections at client facilities
- Work closely with the Operations Centre to ensure efficient response times for incidents and field requests
- Enforce client policies, the Trespass to Property Act, and parking regulations
- Accurately document occurrences and incident reports using electronic reporting software, including body camera footage
- Represent iGuard360° professionally and act as an extension of management when in office
- Perform additional duties as assigned in emergency and operational scenarios





What You Bring:

- Availability for 8-hour evening and/or overnight shifts
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and scheduling software
- Experience in critical incident response and conflict resolution

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience

Required Certifications:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid G Driver’s License (asset)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (asset)
- Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
