We are looking for an Application Support Analyst specialized with Treasury one of our clients, an investment bank set in Montreal

Key responsabilities :

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the onboarding of clients on eTrading platforms including Fxall, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, 360T, MarketAxess, EBSDirect and others.
- Manage platform setup activities including mapping, reconciliation and configuration updates.
- Support electronic trading products across Fixed Income (IRS, Cash Bonds, Credit) and FX (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options, Algos).
- Act as a control point for new client onboardings by ensuring all required approvals are obtained from Trading, Regulatory, KYC and Limits teams.
- Verify client eligibility for access to the Bank's electronic pricing offering.
- Maintain existing client trading setups and perform updates as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for e-trading inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support global operations through management of shared mailboxes and hotline coverage following a "follow-the-sun" model.
- Partner with Front Office teams to improve process security,



operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with external vendors regarding platform-related issues and inquiries.
- Implement new processes and contribute to the rollout of new systems.
- Provide demonstrations and training sessions to internal departments.
- Participate in initiatives supporting the development and expansion of the electronic trading offering.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

- 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial industry experience.
- Strong cooperative mindset and ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge-sharing mentality and willingness to support team success.
- Professional and respectful communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

- English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

- Client-facing experience and strong public relations skills.
- Data manipulation and metrics reporting experience.
- Broad knowledge of financial markets and products, including Equities, Fixed Income, OTC products, Futures and Options.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, FATCA and FinCEN.
- Knowledge of legal documentation related to account opening.
- Familiarity with KYC processes.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations.
