SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong Business Systems Analysis experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services environments.
- Hands-on experience with Murex Reporting, Murex DataMart, or WSS ION .
- Expertise in requirements gathering , business analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong knowledge of reporting, data extraction, data mapping, data lineage , and SQL/relational databases .
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT , defect management, reporting validation, and vendor coordination.




- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise between business users, vendors, and technology teams .
- Experience with Agile delivery , impact analysis, requirement traceability, implementation, and post-production support.
- Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting , and reporting transformation/migration initiatives is highly preferred.
