Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, skilled environment that encourages client loyalty
- Keep workstations clean, organized,



and fully stocked with necessary supplies throughout each shift
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation, equipment use, and product handling

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting
- Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products including body waxing is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Ability to perform detailed nail care procedures with precision and artistry
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene at all times
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products confidently and effectively
