- Assist clients in selecting nail colors, designs, and treatments that suit their style and preferences through effective communication and upselling techniques
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend retail products to enhance their at-home maintenance
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Promote retail sales by suggesting complementary products that meet individual client needs

Requirements

- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, or nail enhancements is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; training can be provided for interested candidates
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell retail products naturally and effectively
- Passion for customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of retail sales techniques to support business growth
