Duties

- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in strict adherence to health and safety standards
- Upsell retail nail care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport, listening attentively, and ensuring clients feel valued and pampered
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails between visits




- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that meet individual client needs

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including sterilization of tools and workstations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Must be licensed or certified according to local regulations for nail services (if applicable)
