Previous automotive experience is an asset, but it is not required—we provide paid training and hands-on support to help the right person succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Platinum Mitsubishi with professionalism, integrity and a customer-first approach
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs, preferences and budget
- Recommend suitable vehicles and provide personalized presentations and test drives
- Clearly explain purchase, finance and lease options with support from management and our finance team
- Confidently address customer questions and concerns while working toward the right solution
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text and email
- Maintain relationships after the sale and build repeat and referral business
- Accurately record customer activity and sales progress in our dealership CRM




- Create engaging vehicle content and use social media to build your personal brand and customer base
- Maintain solid knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory
- Become confident with every model in the Mitsubishi lineup—the good news is, there are currently only four to master
- Ensure every sold vehicle is properly prepared and provide an outstanding delivery experience

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- 2+ years in customer service preferred but not necessary.

Schedule This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position. Every Sunday is off because the dealership is closed, along with one additional weekday off. The schedule includes a combination of daytime and evening shifts, and all Sales Consultants are expected to work Saturdays.
