Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, providing a welcoming and secure environment for all guests arriving or departing during the night. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night inquiries, handling front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your proactive approach will help maintain the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality while ensuring all overnight procedures run smoothly.

Duties

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure safety and security, conducting routine checks and surveillance as needed.
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including audit summaries, billing adjustments, and cash handling records to ensure accuracy.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally,



offering solutions that enhance their stay experience.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, guest requests, and operational notes.
- Support other hotel departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Skills

- Multilingual or Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Experience working at a front desk or in hotel operations, preferably with knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with hotel procedures, guest services, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
