Position #: 176161 Expected Start Date: September 14, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Rosetown Health Centre City/Town: Rosetown Department: General Medical Nursing Unit Type: Part time temporary Expected Up to Date: September 28, 2027 FTE: 0.57 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 127.68 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No : The Assistant Head Nurse assists the Care Team Manager to assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate Nursing Services of the nursing department in keeping with the policies, philosophies and objectives of the SHA.
Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Advanced - Written Communication Skills Advanced - Verbal communication skills Basic - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to implement, utilize & evaluate best practice models of client care Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills Other Information Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
