Position #: 119829 Expected Start Date: Union: SUN Facility: Duck Lake Primary Health Care City/Town: Duck Lake Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full time temporary Expected Up to Date: August 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No : The Nurse Practitioner at the Duck Lake Primary Health site provides primary health care to children, youth and adults in the communities of

Duck Lake, Beardys First Nation, Wakaw, Rosthern and Cudworth. This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development.

Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Three (3) years full-time experience as a Registered Nurse Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C) Knowledge and Abilities Demonstrates capacity to plan, implement and evaluate multiple assessments Ability to perform clinical/health assessment Demonstrates capacity for visioning, goal setting and utilizing change theory Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach Ability and flexibility in adapting to changing situations and environments Pharmacotherapeutic intervention skills to the scope of practice of RN (NP) role Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making Demonstrates educational skills & strategies produce positive healthy outcomes Demonstrates leadership, confidence and autonomy in the RN (NP) role Ability to implement holistic,



comprehensive care to individuals/groups/families Ability to handle difficult situations resulting in productive outcomes Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
