Occupational Therapist (OT) — Independent Contractor, Brandon, MB. New service line, multidisciplinary mental health practice.

Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a private, women-led multidisciplinary wellness practice in Brandon, MB, serving individuals, couples, and families from age 3 up. Our core team — counselling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, therapeutic play, mediation, and peer coaching — has built a strong local referral base over years of practice. We're adding occupational therapy for the first time and looking for an OT to build this caseload alongside us.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients ages 3+
- Deliver direct intervention (sensory processing, functional skills, regulation strategies, etc.)
- Maintain clinical documentation in line with COTM standards
- Participate in collaborative case discussions with mental health practitioners on shared clients
- Manage your own scheduling, caseload volume, and intake pace

- We'll review current mental health caseloads for clients who may benefit from OT support and flag potential referrals directly to you
- Introductions to community partners already engaged with pediatric/family services

Must have:

- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM)
- Current professional liability insurance

Nice to have:

- Experience with children/adolescents or sensory processing work

Compensation: split percentage model, with a competitive per-session fee set collaboratively based on discipline standards. Employment type: Full-time/Part-time, Contract / Self-employed
