Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Manager Intern. The intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include drafting posts, assisting with content calendars, monitoring social media channels, and responding to basic audience interactions under guidance.

The intern will help analyze performance metrics,



contribute ideas for campaigns, and optimize content based on best practices. Collaboration with marketing and content team members will be expected, along with participation in regular check-ins and reporting.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to support campaign execution and performance improvement.

Skills in Content Strategy and Writing to help plan and create engaging, on-brand social media content.

Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with online audiences.

Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and basic analytics or scheduling tools.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Interest in IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting is a plus.
