Responsibitilies Include
- Answering phone calls

- Booking appointments
- Frame selections & Lens selections
- Creating glasses orders on computers and taking payments
- Billing insurance companies and reconcilling payments

- Maintaining Optical retail areas
- Frame Adjustment and repairs.
