We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B; Functional Consultant to support large-scale utility transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT and utility industry experience, including extensive expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B;/CCNB) implementations.

Required Qualifications

15–20 years of overall IT and Utility Industry experience.

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Utilities CC&B;/CCNB Functional Consulting experience.

Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Utilities CC&B; implementations.

Robust experience leading business requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Extensive experience in business process redesign, fit-gap analysis, and solution definition.
