Job Title: Oracle FCCM / ECM Developer

Location: Toronto, ON(hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 months contract

Rate: CAD60-CAD62/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCM / ECM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale analytical and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, data integration, database technologies, and enterprise analytics platforms, with exposure to Oracle FCCM/OFSAA or similar analytical applications. This role involves close collaboration with architects, business analysts, testing teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain analytical and compliance applications using Oracle FCCM/OFSAA or related enterprise platforms.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust application designs and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts, SQL, and PL/SQL components to support application functionality and data processing.
- Build and support system integrations, APIs, and data pipelines across multiple enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, testing teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline application development and deployment.




- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- For senior-level candidates, provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, mentoring, and support delivery oversight.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience for intermediate-level developers and 10+ years of experience for senior developers/technical leads.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ERWIN, and related development/documentation platforms.
- Robust proficiency in Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with scheduling and workload automation tools such as Autosys and Control-M.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience designing and implementing data integration, API integration, and enterprise analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle FCCM, OFSAA, or similar enterprise financial crime, risk, compliance, or analytics platforms.
- Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulatory reporting environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and data analytics solution design.
- Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring developers, and driving solution delivery.
