Job Overview:

As an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our Internet Service Provider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, process service orders, and assist with billing and technical support requests.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Data Entry:

- Accurately enter and process customer orders for internet services, upgrades, and modifications.
- Ensure timely and error-free order submission to the provisioning team.

Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding service orders, billing, and technical issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.

Billing & Account Management:
- Process payments, update billing information,



and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with service cancellations, refunds, and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: $21.87-$25.84 per hour
