COMPHYSIO+ Performance Wellness is seeking an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

This opportunity is ideal for a practitioner who wants to build a busy, long-term Osteopathic practice with the support of an established clinic, strong internal referrals, mentorship, marketing and full administrative support.

What You’ll Do

- Perform Osteopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and support their long-term health and recovery
- Participate in mentorship, case discussions and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong caseload

Qualifications (Preferred)





- Membership in a recognized Osteopathic association
- Eligibility with major extended health insurance providers
- Private practice experience

New graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply. We recognize that provider eligibility and insurance recognition can vary within Osteopathy and welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a 50/50 revenue split.

The split reflects the full-service support provided by COMPHYSIO+, including:

- Treatment space and clinic overhead
- Reception and administrative staffing
- Scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection
- Clinic marketing and lead generation
- Internal referrals
- Mentorship and professional development
- Practice-building systems and support

The monthly clinic fee is waived for the first six months and is $250 plus HST per month thereafter. Earning potential will depend on availability, caseload, and collected professional fees.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling is available.

We are looking for someone interested in starting part-time and gradually expanding their availability as their caseload grows.
