Make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults as an Outreach Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society. This casual position provides essential support services and advocacy for clients in need. Located in Campbell River, the Outreach Worker reports to the Designated Manager and operates in alignment with Lookout’s mission. Ideal candidates will possess a related diploma or certificate and have at least two years of experience related to case management.

Responsibilities include providing assistance for reliable living situations and connecting clients to necessary community resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Support adults in achieving stable living situations
- Assess problems and develop flexible action plans




- Network clients with essential services for basic needs
- Administer finances, medications, and provide crisis intervention
- Maintain records and statistical data for reporting Requirements:
- Related diploma or Grade 12 plus two years experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Class 5 Driver’s License and clear Driver’s Abstract
- Experience with crisis intervention is an asset
