Empower youth as an Awake Overnight Youth Worker with Turning Point Youth Services in Toronto. This contract role offers hands-on support in a therapeutic environment, promoting youth engagement and equity. As an Awake Overnight Youth Worker, you'll work on-site exclusively from midnight to 8 AM, engaging with youth aged 12 to 18 in the Youth Justice Program.

Your role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships and promoting a safe environment. You'll leverage your skills to address mental health needs through interventions while maintaining compliance with legislation. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and supervision to clients
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment through role modeling




- Maintain and document client records as per agency standards
- Ensure oversight of agency finances and assets
- Assist with meal preparation when required Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Work or related field
- Relevant experience in congregate care settings
- Valid certifications in First Aid/CPR and managing aggressive behavior
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
