We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Polisher Technician with exceptional skills in polishing, detailing, and surface finishing of both metal and composite panels . This role focuses on delivering show-quality finishes on high-end automotive vehicles , requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality painting, polishing, and detailing of automotive body panels
- Prepare and finish metal and composite surfaces to premium standards
- Execute surface preparation, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and clear coating
- Carry out final polishing and detailing to achieve flawless, high-gloss finishes
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with high-end quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint and finishing environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a paint technician in automotive or aerospace environments
- Highly skilled in polishing and detailing of metal and composite panels
- Experience working on high-end or luxury vehicles strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of surface preparation, paint systems, and finishing techniques




- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
