Collaborating with the Store Manager, you’ll engage in clinical protocols to ensure accurate diagnoses and establish positive relationships with patients. Your leadership will focus on developing both Associate Doctors and store associates, ensuring seamless patient experiences throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding patient/customer service consistently
- Coach Associate Doctors on clinical best practices
- Communicate patient needs to sales associates
- Recruit high-quality staff alongside the Store Manager
- Ensure timely processing of Managed Vision Care claims Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry degree required
- Proficient in current optometric technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
