This position offers flexible schedule perfect for those eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while sharing their beauty expertise. This role offers a steady hourly wage plus extra commission payouts every three months, calculated as a percentage of your product and service sales.

Duties

- Deliver professional skincare consultations to customers, tailoring recommendations to individual needs (Once comfortable with complete training)
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate clients about new cosmetics, skincare lines, and beauty tools
- Assist customers with selecting products that suit their preferences and skin types, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing sales efficiently at the cosmetics desk
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight featured products and seasonal collections




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages or bilingual communication when needed, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Maintaining an overall welcoming and clean environment for customers

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cosmetology is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for beauty is essential!
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for cash handling transactions
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques, skincare products, and current beauty trends (Preferred but not required, training available)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers actively in the shopping experience
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
