Part-Time Fine Jewellery Sales Associate

WK Chan Jewellers is expanding our sales team. We are looking for a polished, personable, and dependable Part-Time Fine Jewellery Sales Associate who enjoys helping clients celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

This position is ideal for someone who provides thoughtful, attentive service and is comfortable building genuine relationships with clients. Previous jewellery experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates with strong experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or other customer-focused retail environments.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalized service
- Assist with engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, fine jewellery, gifts, and custom-design inquiries
- Learn about each client’s needs, preferences, and budget to help them make a confident decision
- Build lasting client relationships through professional follow-up and exceptional service
- Maintain attractive, organized, and secure jewellery displays
- Process purchases accurately and assist with daily store operations
- Learn product details, diamond terminology, jewellery materials, and current collections
- Work collaboratively with the existing sales team to support store goals
- Follow all store procedures relating to security, inventory, and merchandise handling

- Interested in fine jewellery, diamonds, design, and client service
- Available for a flexible part-time retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Previous fine jewellery or retail sales experience is preferred. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
