Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and effective check-in and check-out services.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correct and up-to-date.
- Assist guests with special requests, directions, or local recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout your shift.




- Document daily activities through detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with guest services procedures and hospitality standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
