About the Role As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be one of the most important members of our team. You are the first smile patients see when they walk through our doors and often the first voice they hear on the phone.

Your mission is simple: make every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and confident they chose the right clinic.





Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering phones professionally
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Managing patient records and daily data entry
- Assisting with administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly
- Helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
