We are searching for an energetic and self-motivated Patient Experience Coordinator to provide support to our treatment professionals, managers and patients while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

The successful candidate must have the following:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent time management
- Ability to fluidly multi-task
- Ability to effectively trouble-shoot
- Accounting skills

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and answering phones
- Referral intake and appointment scheduling for multiple providers
- Effectively manage waiting lists




- Gathering and entering data into software
- Preparing online forms
- Electronic filing
- Manage multiple provider schedules
- Daily billing and payment processing
- Invoicing to various funding organizations using multiple platforms
- Co-ordinating perks
- Reconcile payments
- Faxing and emailing reports
- Maintain clean environment and disinfection protocols

Previous experience in medical / rehabilitation office is preferred. Please include cover letter, resume, and references.
