PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support PeopleSoft Financials applications using PeopleTools and PeopleCode, with extensive experience in the General Ledger (GL) module
- Work hands-on with General Ledger functionalities including:
- Journal Creation
- Journal Processing
- Multi-Currency
- Allocation
- Closing
- Consolidation
- Equitization
- Interunit Processing
- Develop solutions using PeopleTools technologies including:
- Page Design
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- File Layouts
- SQR
- BI Publisher
- Application Packages
- Component Interfaces
- Integration Broker
- nVision
- Support PeopleSoft Financials upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) activities
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Prepare Design Documents and Technical Design Documents
- Develop and support PeopleSoft Fluid applications including:
- Tiles
- Homepages
- Develop and maintain nVision and BI Publisher reports
- Work with the latest PeopleSoft Tools and Financials application versions




- Perform end-to-end system integration and external interface configuration and testing
- Write complex SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Develop and support web service integrations with third-party applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Work with change management tools such as PHIRE and STATS
