Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment
- Provide compassionate companionship, listening actively and offering emotional support
- Monitor health status, report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Requirements





- Proven experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes, with a strong background in senior care and home care environments
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and caregiving best practices
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently and hygienically
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Certification or training in caregiving or personal support work is preferred but not mandatory
- Physical ability to assist with mobility support and perform household chores as needed
