Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to join a patient-focused independent community pharmacy where they can make a meaningful impact every day.

Working alongside an experienced pharmacy team, you will provide exceptional patient care, deliver a wide range of clinical services, and build strong relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to practice to your full scope in a supportive environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide exceptional patient care through medication management, counselling, and clinical services.
- Conduct medication reviews, chronic disease management, prescribing, vaccinations, and other expanded scope pharmacy services.
- Build strong relationships with patients and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy assistants and technicians to provide efficient workflow and service.
- Support pharmacy operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Saskatchewan pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in Saskatchewan or eligible for licensure.
- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for community pharmacy and building long-term patient relationships.
- Commitment to continuous learning and practicing to full scope.
