We’re looking for a full-time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Hauser’s Pharmacy in Dunnville.
This is a busy community pharmacy, but it is also a comfortable and supportive place to work. As the Pharmacy Manager you’ll be working alongside and managing our team of other pharmacists, registered pharmacy technicians, and experienced pharmacy staff. You will also have the support of pharmacy managers and leadership across the Hauser’s organization.
You’ll be responsible for leading the pharmacy, but will have the support of a family businesses, that is pharmacist owned.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys community pharmacy and the relationships that come with it.
Our patients know us, trust us, and often rely on us for much more than simply filling a prescription. We want a Pharmacy Manager who values those relationships, supports the team around them, and takes pride in creating a pharmacy where both patients and employees feel comfortable.
An experienced Pharmacy Manger would be ideal, though if you’re a strong pharmacist who has leadership ability and is ready to take the next step in their career, we’d like to hear from you to.
This role offers predictable Full Time hours.

What the Role Looks Like
As Pharmacy Manager, you will help guide the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy while continuing to practise as a community pharmacist.
Your responsibilities will include
- Taking care of patients and making sure they feel heard, respected, and well supported.
- Leading and supporting pharmacists, registered pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, and front-store staff.
- Helping the team stay organized and work well together.
- Maintaining a positive,
respectful, and enjoyable working environment.
- Overseeing and responsibility for the daily operation and workflow of the pharmacy.
- Maintaining strong customer service and professional standards.
- Ensuring the pharmacy meets Ontario College of Pharmacists requirements, applicable legislation, and Hauser’s policies.
- Supporting professional services and expanded-scope pharmacy practice.
- Looking for practical ways to improve patient care, workflow, and the overall operation of the pharmacy.
- Working with Hauser’s Central Fill, compounding services, and other pharmacies within our group.
- Solving problems calmly when they arise—which, as anyone in pharmacy knows, they occasionally do.

The Dunnville Pharmacy Manager will work with:

- Compounding resources
- Kroll paperless pharmacy software
Who We’re Looking For You must be licensed and in good standing as a Part A pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and able to practise pharmacy in Ontario.
Beyond that, we are looking for someone who:
- Cares about patients and takes pride in providing good service.
- Treats employees with respect and supports them in doing their best work.
- Communicates clearly and directly.
- Is dependable, organized, and willing to make decisions.
- Can handle a busy day without making every issue feel like an emergency.
- Enjoys being part of a team.
- Wants to contribute ideas and help improve the pharmacy.
- Believes that a workplace can be skilled without being overly corporate or impersonal.
Previous management experience would be an asset, but it is not essential. Leadership ability, judgment, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people are equally important. Experience with Kroll is helpful, but we can teach software more easily than we can teach attitude.
Compensation The position offers a competitive salary plus a bonus.
Compensation and the bonus structure will be negotiated based on the successful candidate’s experience, skill set, and the needs of the pharmacy.
We believe good pharmacists are worth good money, and we are prepared to have an open and honest conversation about compensation.
