Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive pharmacy knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure medication safety, and foster a positive environment that promotes health and well-being within our community. Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (CLOSED Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance on medication management, ensuring accurate dispensing and patient safety.
- Lead efforts in patient care initiatives, including medication counseling, health screenings, and chronic disease management.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology,



medication administration procedures, and hospital or acute care protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans for diverse patient populations such as pediatrics and those in acute care settings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper documentation for all pharmaceutical activities.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages professional development, continuous learning, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

- Valid pharmacist license with relevant licensure in the practicing region.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medication administration processes, and patient care practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide pharmacy staff effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within fast-paced healthcare environments.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and compassionate patient service.
