Employee Salary Range:

$43-$53/hour

Contractors:

50% - 55% Fee split

Rate will depend on factors such as internal equity, education, work experience.

Job Summary The clinical duties include evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services. The Physiotherapist will work in a multi-disciplinary team which includes Occupational Therapists, Physicians, Kinesiologists, Psychologists/Clinical Counsellors and Case Managers.

Qualifications and Skills

- Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC or the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- 2 years of clinical experience in the rehabilitation/RTW services, ideal
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical workplace, ideal
- Experience in evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for injured workers with musculoskeletal injuries
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize with a focus on customer service; and an interest in vocational rehabilitation.
