Resolve Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated and reliable Part time Physiotherapy Aide / Receptionist to join our team.

The successful candidate must be available to work both afternoon shifts (2:00 PM – 8:30 PM) and early morning shifts (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM), with the majority of scheduled shifts being in the afternoon. Expected to start in September.

Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapy Aide / Receptionist, your duties will include:

- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic schedule.
- Processing patient billing and payments.
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Assisting with physiotherapy treatments, including cold laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and setting up electrotherapy (TENS) treatments under the direction of the physiotherapists.
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms between patients.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
- Assisting with other day-to-day clinic operations as required.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Previous experience in a physiotherapy, medical, or customer service role is considered an asset but is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
