Hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (24 hours per week).

Note: We are a takeout and delivery only shop (no dine-in seating). On statutory holidays, we are either closed or open for short hours (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM). We are a small, independent local pizzeria looking for a reliable, long-term team member to join our kitchen.

We are fully transparent about the position: The role starts at Alberta minimum wage plus a fair share of the tip pool. Because we are a small independent shop, we focus on providing a workplace where you are treated with respect, given consistent hours, and never micromanaged. If your performance is solid, your wage can grow with us over time.

The pace has an "on and off" rhythm—there is steady breathing room during quiet hours, but we need someone who can switch gears to work fast when sudden dinner rushes hit.

Pressing pre-sheeted dough into pans, saucing, and assembling pizzas.

Running the pizza station independently during your shift.

Basic prep (cutting cheese from blocks and shredding using a Robot Coupe food processor).

Taking phone and walk-in takeout orders.

Operating the basic POS computer system.

Standard cleaning and closing duties. ✅ Requirements

Previous pizza restaurant experience is highly preferred (former chain or independent assembly experience is a major asset; scratch dough-making/sheeting skills are not required).

Strong English communication skills (required for taking customer phone orders accurately).

Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Able to move quickly and handle sudden dinner rushes efficiently.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
