We’re looking for a Planning Executive – Manpower Visibility & Planning to join our Operations team! In this role, you’ll help us make sure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time — all while keeping things efficient, smart, and future-ready. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, process improvement, or operations analysis.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Great with Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
A structured, process-driven mindset with ownership and accountability.
A collaborative attitude — you enjoy working with teams and influencing positive change!
Forecast manpower needs based on business volumes, operational peaks, and upcoming projects.
Spot gaps in workforce availability and suggest solutions.
Analyze manpower utilization and support cost planning.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for manpower visibility.
Track deployment, shifts, and productivity trends.
Work closely with Operations, HR, and other teams to align manpower planning with business goals.
Keep an eye on process improvements and ensure data accuracy in all manpower reports.
