What You Will Do

- Set up and operate heavy-duty hydraulic plate rolling and section bending machinery.
- Form a wide range of structural profiles including heavy steel plates, angles, bars, beams, channels, and pipes into precision curves.
- Utilize specialized computer software alongside mechanical controls to program, sequence, and execute complex structural shapes.
- Interpret custom blueprints and drawings to calculate bend allowances, roll sequences, and material spring back.
- Perform material handling and rigging of massive steel components safely using heavy overhead cranes and hoists.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Plate Roll or Section Bending Operator within a heavy, custom steel fabrication environment.
- Proficiency with section bending across diverse profiles (beams, channels, pipes,



and heavy structural shapes).
- Strong layout skills and the mathematical ability to accurately calculate material stretching and compression variables.
- Safe crane operation skills with experience rigging large, awkward, or heavy loads.
