Role: Program Manager – MES & Digital Manufacturing

Location: Remote (Canada)

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of IT, Manufacturing Systems, or Digital Transformation experience.
- 5+ years managing enterprise MES and Digital Manufacturing programs or portfolios.
- Solid experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Devices industries.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) , Industry 4.0 , Electronic Batch Records (EBR) , and Manufacturing Digitalization.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) .
- Experience with portfolio management, executive stakeholder management, vendor management, budget planning, governance, and risk management.
- Experience with one or more MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Körber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter, Emerson Syncade, SAP MII, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or AVEVA MES is highly preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, PfMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
