Required Skills

- 3-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Handson experience with Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields).
- Handson experience with Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Service).
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a client facing, delivery driven setting.

Preferred

Prior experience in Tableau to Power BI migration projects.

- Exposure to cloud or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and migrate Tableau dashboards and reports to Power BI.
- Recreate Tableau calculations, filters, and visualizations in Power BI.Build and maintain Power BI data models, DAX measures, and reports.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency postmigration.
- Work with business users to understand reporting requirements.
- Optimize reports for performance and usability.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
