Join Our Team as a P&PD; Engineering Specialist at Johnson Electric!Location: Mississauga, ON (onsite)Salary Range: $78,000.00 - 85,000.00 annuallyVacancy Type: Existing positionAs our next P&PD; Engineering Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and launching new products while supporting the continuous improvement of existing product lines. and project executionSupport and implement corrective and preventive actionsPerform and lead capacity analysis studiesCollect and analyze trial data to establish process parameters and production conditionsTransfer product and process knowledge from development phases to production teamsLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reductionDevelop test methods and conduct trials to evaluate product and process improvementsCreate and implement procedures, work instructions, and process documentationDevelop and maintain APQP documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and related quality documentsVerify and approve product and process documentation as requiredSupport production troubleshooting and resolution of product and process issuesEnsure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and all quality and EHS requirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline3+ years of experience in product development, process engineering, or a similar engineering roleExperience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive manufacturingKnowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and quality planning toolsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and technical aptitudeExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points If You Have:Experience with AutoCADPowder Metallurgy Technologist (PMT)
