Key Responsibilities
- Inspect precast concrete elements for defects.
- Mix, apply, and finish patching compounds, epoxies, and grouts.
- Repair chips, cracks, air holes, and honeycombing.
- Rub, sack, and sand surfaces to match required finishes.
- Operate hand and power tools including grinders and trowels.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in concrete patching or finishing.
- Ability to match concrete colors and textures accurately.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or bend for long periods.
- Proficiency with standard hand tools and power grinders.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
