Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver prescriptions to customers’ residences and designated locations.
- Load and unload medications using proper lifting techniques or forklifts when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickups, returns,



or special delivery requests as needed.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure protected operation at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, warehouse operations, or delivery services preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely; forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics processes is advantageous.
- Comfortable operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment if required.
- Excellent time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules efficiently.
