Our Edmonton-based client is hiring a Processing Center Advisor for a 7-month onsite contract. Must Haves:

3+ years of Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience

2+ years of experience researching existing documentation to determine resolutions

3+ years of experience working in a quick-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills

3+ years of experience prioritizing tasks in a complex environment

Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
