Railtown Café & Catering is looking for an experienced Baker to join the team!

Railtown is a chef driven business that focuses on high quality food made from scratch.

This position is responsible for the preparation and baking of a variety of breads that are used in our three quick-service lunch restaurants as well as our full service catering division.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established company that is still growing with room to advance.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 4 AM - 12:30 PM with some flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of sandwich style breads such as baguette, focaccia, sourdough and rye
- Prepare and bake custom breads such slider buns, brioche, bao buns and artisan crackers




- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all pastry / bakery equipment and surrounding kitchen space
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of professional baking experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks quickly at a high level
- Works well alone and with others
- Responsible and self-motivated

Job Type: Full time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
