Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, clients, and vendors. Your expertise in construction processes, project management software, and schematics will empower you to oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards effectively.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate project planning and execution.
- Coordinate procurement activities utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Use ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to manage project documentation, track progress, and facilitate communication across teams.
- Assist in preparing construction estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, and site conditions.
- Monitor project timelines closely, managing priorities effectively through excellent time management skills.
- Support on-site teams with daily coordination efforts, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or civil engineering environments with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- Robust organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Driver's license is a must
